Allison offers residential and commercial loans and specializes in first time homebuyers. “I enjoy working with first time homebuyers because many loan officers will talk over their heads and start using a lot of mortgage lingo, leaving the clients confused. I do it in layman’s terms. I explain everything; I break down what it means and how the process works,” she says. Because of her emphasis on educating clients, and her dedication to always keeping their best interests in mind, it comes as no surprise that Allison’s business is heavily referral based and oftentimes involves different family generations. “It’s very special, I’m doing loans for kids whose parents I worked with 10 years ago!”

Driven by seeing her clients achieve their dreams, Allison finds her work incredibly fulfilling. “I know this is cliché to say, but I get really excited when a client gets into their new house, especially a first-time buyer. When they text me the pictures, it’s just very rewarding to be able to help them achieve that goal,” she says.

In addition to her devotion to clients, Allison is a huge animal lover and dedicates her time to animal rescue. She is involved with Ginger’s Pet Rescue, an organization committed to rescuing animals from high-kill shelters. “I have two dogs, two cats, two rabbits, and two chinchillas. I basically have Noah’s Ark,” she says.

As her business grows, Allison is determined to continue to give her clients the same high level of customer service and personal attention they’re accustomed to getting when working with her. “My goal is to continue enjoying the work that I do… helping people with what is most likely the biggest purchase they will make in their lifetime.”
